1. Our Commitment
Kevza is intended for legitimate business communication that respects recipients, channel policies, applicable law and the purpose for which contact permission was obtained.
2. Collecting User Consent
Customers should obtain clear consent or another valid legal/channel basis before sending promotional or automated communication. Consent records should include source, timestamp, channel and purpose where appropriate.
3. Types of Messages
Kevza may support marketing, utility/transactional, authentication, support and account/security messages depending on the channel and provider configuration.
4. Message Guidelines
Messages should be relevant, accurate, appropriately timed and consistent with the recipient’s expectations and channel rules.
5. Opt-Out & User Rights
Opt-out requests must be respected promptly. Suppression state should prevent future marketing until a new valid permission is obtained where applicable.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
Customer data should be used only for legitimate agreed purposes and protected in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Message Timing
Customers should configure business hours, frequency limits and campaign rules to avoid excessive or inappropriate messaging.
8. Template & Content Policy
Where providers require approved templates, only valid templates and parameters should be used. Template approval remains the decision of the channel/provider.
9. Prohibited Content
Illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful, discriminatory or provider-prohibited content must not be sent using Kevza.
10. Compliance & Enforcement
Kevza may pause or restrict workflows where platform health, account quality, provider enforcement or legal/compliance concerns require intervention.
11. Policy Updates
This policy may change as channel rules, regulations and product capabilities evolve.
